The two main airports servicing Telluride are the Telluride Regional Airport (TEX) and the Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ). The Telluride Regional Airport is only seven minutes from Heart of Telluride and accepts smaller jets and private aircraft. Commercial connections to Telluride Regional are available on many major airlines through Denver (DEN) on Great Lakes Airlines and through Phoenix (PHO) on US Airways Express. Shuttle services with Mountain Limo and Telluride Express and car rental agencies are available at Telluride Regional Airport.

The Montrose Airport (MTJ) accepts large jets from major carriers such as American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines and United Airlines.  The Montrose Airport is 75 minutes from Heart of Telluride and the drive is beautiful as you begin the spectacular climb into Telluride.  Telluride shuttle services with Mountain Limo and Telluride Express are available at Montrose Regional Airport as well as major car rental agencies. NOTE: When you stay at the Heart of Telluride in downtown Telluride, no vehicle is needed.
